Brownies

Yield: 8x8

Ingredients

  • ½ C Margarine
  • 4 oz Chocolate
  • 1⅓ C Sugar
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 C Flour
  • 2 T Cocoa

Instructions

    Melt margarine and chocolate in pot on low heat.

    Remove from heat, mix in sugar.

  3. 3

    Cool slightly, mix in egg and vanilla.

  4. 4

    Add flour and cocoa, mix till combined.

  5. 5

    Bake on 350 for 30-40 minutes.

  6. 6

    Top should be evenly colored; skewer should come out a bit wet/almost clean.

    Set 15-30 minutes.

Note

Store airtight at room temp for 48 hours, then refrigerate. Great fresh and chilled.
