Burger Buns

Ingredients

Recipe

  • ½ C Almond Milk, warm
  • ¾ C Water, warm
  • 2½ t Dry Yeast
  • 2½ T Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 C High Gluten Flour
  • ⅓ C Flour
  • 1½ t Salt
  • 3 T Oil

Topping

  • 1 Egg
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

    Mix almond milk, water, yeast, sugar, then add egg.

    Add flours and salt.

  3. 3

    Add oil, knead till smooth/elastic and bouncy (slightly sticky is fine).

  4. 4

    Oil bowl, cover, rise 1-2 hours to double.

  5. 5

    Divide into 8 balls, 4 per lined sheet.

    Rise 20-30 minutes.

  7. 7

    Brush with egg, sprinkle sesame seeds.

  8. 8

    Bake on 400 for 15-18 minutes until golden.
