Chocolate Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

Recipe

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temp
  • 1½ C Flour
  • 1 C Sugar
  • ⅓ C Cocoa
  • 1 t Baking Powder
  • ½ t Baking Soda
  • 1 C Water
  • ⅓ C Oil
  • 1 T Vinegar
  • 1 t Vanilla

Cheese

  • ⅓ C Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 t Vanilla

Instructions

    Cheese: beat cream cheese smooth, beat in rest of cheese ingredients, set aside.

    Chocolate: combine dry, make well, pour in wet, mix till fully combined.

  3. 3

    Line tins, fill with ¼ C chocolate batter, top with 3 T cheese.

  4. 4

    Bake on 350 for 25 minutes until toothpick comes out with a few dry crumbs.
