Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
Recipe
- ½ C Melted Coconut Oil or Margarine
- ⅓ C Oil
- 1 C Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 t Vanilla
- ⅓ C Sour Cream
- 3 C Flour
- 1 T Baking Powder
- ½ t Baking Soda
- 1 C Milk
- 1¼ C Mini Chocolate Chips
Crumbs
- ¼ C Margarine or Oil
- ⅓ C Sugar
- ½ C Flour
Instructions

Crumbs: combine dry, add margarine, crumb.

Chill.

Muffin: combine oils and sugar, mix in eggs and vanilla, then sour cream.

Mix in flour, baking powder, soda, then milk.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Line tins, fill, top with crumbs.

Place on sheet.

Bake on 375 for 30-40 minutes until clean.
