Chocolate Salami

Yield: 1 Log

Ingredients

  • 15 Tea Biscuits
  • ¼ C chopped Nuts
  • 1¼-1½ C Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ C Margarine
  • Optional: Coconut or Powdered Sugar for topping

Instructions

    Chop tea biscuits (not too small).

  2. 2

    Melt chocolate chips and margarine, add biscuits and nuts, mix.

  3. 3

    Spoon mixture onto plastic wrap, form into log, roll tightly, twist ends to seal.

    Chill 1-2 hours until firm.

  5. 5

    Unwrap, roll in coconut or powdered sugar.

  6. 6

    Slice to desired thickness, store airtight in fridge.
