Cornmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 C Cornmeal
- 1 C Flour
- 3 T Sugar
- 1 T Baking Powder
- ½ t Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 C Milk
- ¼ C Oil
Instructions

Combine the dry ingredients by spoon or whisk.

Add the wet ingredients and mix.

Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Note
Optional: Pour a bit of batter, add cheese or any veggie on top, then pour more batter on top.
