Cranberry Pecan Brownies

Yield: 8x8

Ingredients

  • ½ C Margarine
  • 3 oz Chocolate
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1½ t Vanilla
  • 1 C Flour
  • ⅓ C Cocoa
  • ¼ t Baking Powder
  • ¾ C chopped Pecans, roasted
  • ¾ C Cranberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

    Melt margarine and chocolate on low.

    Mix in sugar.

  3. 3

    Cool slightly, mix in egg and vanilla.

  4. 4

    Add flour, cocoa, baking powder.

  5. 5

    Fold in pecans and cranberries.

  6. 6

    Bake on 350 for 22-30 minutes.

  7. 7

    Top should look set, toothpick should come out with wet crumbs.

    Set 15-30 minutes.
