Date Bark

Yield: 20-25 pieces

Ingredients

  • 20 Dates
  • ¼-⅓ C Nut Butter
  • 3 T Crunch of choice
  • 3-5 oz Dark Chocolate

Instructions

    Melt chocolate, spread ⅓ on lined pan.

  2. 2

    Pit dates, spread open, flatten on chocolate layer.

  3. 3

    Freeze 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Spread nut butter over dates.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle crunch (chopped nuts, seeds, coconut, halva).

  6. 6

    Freeze 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    Spread remaining chocolate on top.

  8. 8

    Optional sprinkle/drizzle on top.

  9. 9

    Freeze 30-45 minutes until set.

  10. 10

    Cut into pieces.

Note

Store airtight in fridge.
