Granola

Yield: 3 lb

Ingredients

  • 1-2 C Oats
  • ½ C chopped Almonds
  • ½ C chopped Pecans
  • ½ C Pumpkin Seeds
  • ¼ C Honey
  • 3-4 T Coconut Oil
  • ½ C Dried Cranberries
  • ½ C chopped Dark Chocolate

Instructions

    Chop nuts, combine with pumpkin seeds.

  2. 2

    Add oats (to preference).

  3. 3

    Add honey and coconut oil (other oils work).

  4. 4

    Mix by spoon or hand (more honey for stickier).

  5. 5

    Line baking sheet, spread evenly.

  6. 6

    Bake on 350 for 10 minutes, mix, bake 10 more minutes.

  7. 7

    If not golden brown, mix and bake 2 minutes at a time until golden.

  8. 8

    Rest 45 minutes to crunch up and cool.

  9. 9

    Once cool, mix in cranberries and chocolate.

Note

Store airtight at room temp.
