Granola Bars

Yield: 8x8

Ingredients

  • ¼ C Coconut Oil
  • 6 T Honey
  • ½ C Peanut Butter
  • 2-2½ C Oats
  • ¾ C Rice Krispies
  • ¼ C Coconut
  • ½ C Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

    Melt coconut oil (or other), honey and peanut butter on low till smooth.

    Mix in oats, rice krispies and coconut.

  3. 3

    All pieces should be coated; if too dry add more honey/peanut butter, if too wet add more oats.

  4. 4

    Cool fully then mix in chocolate chips.

  5. 5

    Line pan, smooth top.

  6. 6

    Bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes until edges brown.

  7. 7

    Set in fridge, then cut.

Note

Store at room temp or fridge.
