Jalapeño Dip

Ingredients
- Jalapeños
- Garlic
- Mayonnaise
- Lemon Juice
- Sugar
- Salt
Instructions

Broil jalapeños, flipping halfway, till both sides dark.

Cool, with glove peel, open and deseed.

Place in blender with 1-2 garlic cloves, mayonnaise, lemon juice, bit of sugar and salt.

Blend, taste. (Spicier jalapeños = more sugar.) Adjust to taste.

Store airtight in fridge.
