- 1 C Whole Wheat Flour
- 5 T Sugar
- 2 T Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1½ C Buttermilk
- ¼ C Lemon Juice
- 5 T Oil
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 2-4 T Poppy Seeds
Sauce
- Yogurt
- Powdered Sugar
- Lemon Juice
- Poppy Seeds
Instructions

Combine the dry ingredients by spoon or whisk.

Add the wet ingredients and mix.

Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Combine the ingredients for the sauce.

Top the pancakes with the sauce and garnish with some lemon zest.
