Mocha Chocolate Chip

Ingredients
- ½ C Margarine
- ½ C Sugar
- ¼ C Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 4 T Instant Coffee, divided
- 1 T Hot Water
- 1¾ C Flour
- ¼ C Cocoa
- 1½ t Baking Powder
- ½ t Baking Soda
- 2 t Corn Starch
- 1 C Chocolate Chips
Instructions

Beat margarine and sugars till fluffy with electric mixer.

Mix in egg.

Dilute 2 T coffee in 1 T hot water, mix in.

Add dry ingredients and remaining coffee (not diluted).

Fold in chocolate chips.

Flatten cookies before baking (don't flatten much while baking).

Bake on 350 for 10-12 minutes.
