Mom's Brownie Cake
Yield: 9x13
Ingredients
- 1¾ C Flour
- 1¾ C Sugar
- 1 T Vanilla Sugar
- ¾ C Cocoa
- 1 t Baking Powder
- 2 t Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
- 1 C Orange Juice
- ½ C Oil
- 2 t coffee, diluted in 1 C hot water
Instructions

Mix dry ingredients until combined, then mix in eggs, orange juice and oil.

Slowly mix in diluted coffee.

Pour into lined 9x13.

Bake on 350 for 40 minutes until toothpick comes out with almost dry crumbs.
Note
Electric mixer works better but whisk works.
