Mom's Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients
Recipe
- 2 C Flour
- ½ C Sugar
- 2 t Baking Powder
- ½ t Baking Soda
- 1 C Plain Yogurt
- 1 Egg
- ½ C Margarine, melted or Oil
Crumbs
- ¼ C Pecans, chopped and roasted
- ½ C Flour
- 2 T Sugar
- 2 T Brown Sugar
- ¼ t Baking Powder
- 2½ T Margarine or Oil
Prep
- ½ C Cranberries, frozen
- 1½ T Sugar
Glaze
- 1 C Powdered Sugar
- 1½ T Milk

Crumbs: combine dry, add margarine, mix to crumby.

Chill.

Cranberry prep: mix cranberries and sugar; set aside.

Muffin: combine dry, add wet and mix.

Fold cranberry sugar mixture in.

Line tins, fill, top with crumbs.

Bake on 425 for 18-20 minutes until clean.

Combine glaze (powdered sugar + milk).

Cool, then glaze.
