Mom's Mocha Cake
Yield: Bundt or 9x13
Ingredients
Recipe
- 2 C Sugar
- 2 t Vanilla Sugar
- 1 C Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 2 C Flour
- ¼ C Cocoa
- 2 t Baking Powder
- ¼ C coffee diluted in ¾ C hot Water
Glaze
- Powdered Sugar
- 2 t Coffee diluted in 1 T hot Water
Instructions

Beat sugars, oil and eggs 3-5 minutes with electric mixer.

Mix in flour, cocoa, baking powder.

Slowly mix in diluted coffee.

Pour into greased bundt or lined 9x13.

Bake on 350 for 40-50 minutes.

Mix glaze ingredients to desired consistency.

Cool cake and glaze.
Note
Electric mixer works better but whisk works.
