Nut, Seed, and Dried Fruit Crackers

Ingredients
- ½ C Flour
- ½ C Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 t Baking Soda
- 1 t Salt
- 1 T Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
- ½ t Cinnamon
- ⅛ t Black Pepper
- ¾ C mix of Dried Fruit
- ¾ C mix of Nuts and Seeds
- 2 t Orange or Lemon Zest
- 1 C Almond Milk
- ¼ C Honey
Instructions

Combine dry ingredients, add wet and mix to combine.

Line 2 mini loaf pans, divide batter.

Bake on 350 for 25 minutes until clean.

Cool a bit, freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.

Slice ⅛" thick, place on lined baking sheet.

Bake on 300 for 12 minutes, flip, bake 12 more minutes.

Check both sides are golden brown and dry.

If not golden, bake more.
