Nut, Seed, and Dried Fruit Crackers

Yield: 40

Ingredients

  • ½ C Flour
  • ½ C Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 t Baking Soda
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 T Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
  • ½ t Cinnamon
  • ⅛ t Black Pepper
  • ¾ C mix of Dried Fruit
  • ¾ C mix of Nuts and Seeds
  • 2 t Orange or Lemon Zest
  • 1 C Almond Milk
  • ¼ C Honey

Instructions

    Combine dry ingredients, add wet and mix to combine.

    Line 2 mini loaf pans, divide batter.

  3. 3

    Bake on 350 for 25 minutes until clean.

  4. 4

    Cool a bit, freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.

  5. 5

    Slice ⅛" thick, place on lined baking sheet.

  6. 6

    Bake on 300 for 12 minutes, flip, bake 12 more minutes.

    Check both sides are golden brown and dry.

    If not golden, bake more.

Note

Cool and store airtight.
