Oat Fudge Bars

Yield: 8x8

Ingredients

  • 1½ C Oats
  • 1 C Oat Flour
  • ⅓ C Coconut Oil, softened
  • ⅓ C Maple Syrup
  • 1½ C Dark Chocolate
  • 1 can Coconut Milk, full fat

Instructions

    Crumble: blend oats to make 1 C oat flour, mix with rest of crumble ingredients.

    Fudge: melt chocolate and coconut milk (mostly creamy top) on low or microwave in 30s increments.

    Mix to combine.

  4. 4

    Line pan, press ⅔ crumble on bottom.

  5. 5

    Pour fudge over, top with remaining crumbs (some fudge visible).

  6. 6

    Bake on 350 for 22 minutes.

  7. 7

    Cool 10 minutes, chill 2-3 hours.

  8. 8

    Cut and store in fridge.
