Oreo Dark Chocolate PB Chunk

Ingredients

Recipe

  • 6 T Margarine, cold
  • 2 T Oil
  • 5 T Sugar
  • ½ C Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • 1 C + 6-8 T Flour
  • 2 t Corn Starch
  • ½ t Baking Powder
  • ½ t Baking Soda
  • Chopped Oreos

Chunks

  • Dark Chocolate
  • Peanut Butter, creamy

Instructions

    Chunks: melt chocolate and peanut butter together, spread on lined sheet, freeze.

    Beat margarine, oil and sugars till fluffy.

    Beat in egg and vanilla, then dry ingredients.

    Fold in Oreos.

    Cut frozen chunks into bark-like pieces, gently mix ⅔ into dough.

    Freeze dough and remaining chunks 30-60 minutes.

    Shape cookies, top with remaining chunks folding over edges.

    Flatten tops slightly (want them fat).

    Bake on 400 for 6 minutes.

    For flatter, bang the pan.

  11. 11

    Rotate and bake 2-5 more minutes.
