- ¼ C Kosher Salt
- 2 T Sugar
- 1 C Distilled Vinegar
- Filtered Water to fill
- Turmeric
Cauliflower, carrots, celery, cabbage...
- Vegetables to fill 4 pt/8 C jar
Instructions

Prep veggies, fill glass jar to top.

Add salt, sugar, vinegar, then water to fill.

Seal tightly, sit at room temp 24 hours.

Add 1 T turmeric, shake, sit 24 more hours shaking occasionally.

After 48 hours at room temp, ready to eat.

Store in fridge.
