Quick Honey Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 C Flour
  • 1 C Sugar
  • ½ t Baking Powder
  • ½ t Baking Soda
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • ¼ C Honey, heaping
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ C Oil

Instructions

    Mix dry ingredients by spoon.

    Add wet ingredients, mix until combined.

  3. 3

    Bake on 350 for 8-11 minutes.

Note

For Rosh Hashanah honeycomb shape: add extra flour for sturdy dough. Roll between parchment to ½-¾" thick. Press oiled bubble wrap into dough, peel off, bake until edges golden, then use hexagon cookie cutter.
