Rum Balls

Ingredients
- 1 pack Jack & Jill Cookies
- ¾ C Margarine
- ¾ C Water, hot
- 3 T Cocoa
- 2 t Coffee
- 1¼ C Sugar
- 2 capfuls Rum Extract
- Toppings of choice: coconut, sprinkles, nut crunch, melted chocolate
Instructions

Blend cookies fine, set aside.

Melt margarine, add hot water, mix.
- 3
Slowly add rest of ingredients except cookies, mix smooth.

Add cookie crumbs, mix until fully combined.

Wrap dough in parchment, chill 1-2 hours until firm.

Roll into balls of desired size, roll in toppings of choice.
