Rum Balls

Yield: 30-40

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Jack & Jill Cookies
  • ¾ C Margarine
  • ¾ C Water, hot
  • 3 T Cocoa
  • 2 t Coffee
  • 1¼ C Sugar
  • 2 capfuls Rum Extract
  • Toppings of choice: coconut, sprinkles, nut crunch, melted chocolate

Instructions

    Blend cookies fine, set aside.

  2. 2

    Melt margarine, add hot water, mix.

  3. 3

    Slowly add rest of ingredients except cookies, mix smooth.

  4. 4

    Add cookie crumbs, mix until fully combined.

  5. 5

    Wrap dough in parchment, chill 1-2 hours until firm.

  6. 6

    Roll into balls of desired size, roll in toppings of choice.
