Soft Bite Double Chocolate Chip

Yield: 18

Ingredients

  • ½ C Margarine, softened
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 6 T Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • 1 C Flour
  • 3 T Cocoa
  • ½ t Baking Soda
  • 45 g Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • Chocolate Chips, semi-sweet

Instructions

    Beat margarine and sugars till fluffy.

    Beat in egg and vanilla.

    Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, mix a bit, add pudding mix.

    Fold in chocolate chips by spoon (semi-sweet recommended since dough isn't very sweet).

    Do not chill.

    For rustic look, don't roll smooth and add chocolate chunks on top.

    Bake on 350 for 9-10 minutes.

    Don't bake fully — they set as they cool.
